Coach Sierra was a 4-year letterman and 4-time league champion setter at Troy High School (Fullerton, CA), helping lead her team to the CIF Finals, Southern Section Regional Championship, and a California State Finalist finish in 2010.

She earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Alabama, where she was a 4-year starter, 2-year team captain, and led the team to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances. Sierra is Alabama’s all-time assist leader (5,667) and ranked top 5 nationally in assists in both 2013 and 2015. A standout scholar-athlete, she became the first in program history to earn two First-Team Academic All-American honors (2014, 2015) and was also a two-time AVCA Regional All-American.

After graduating summa cum laude in 2016 with degrees in Literature, Political Science, and Gender Studies, Sierra played professionally in Greece and Hungary, later competing in London while earning her Master’s degree from the London School of Economics.

Now based in Washington, D.C., Sierra is passionate about using her experience and global connections to help develop and empower the next generation of female athletes.

Coach Cameron is a proud Prince George's County native who has been involved in volleyball for over eight years. She began her club journey playing under Coach Hayes during Spiked City DC’s inaugural season and went on to compete throughout high school before joining the Towson University Women’s Club Volleyball Team, where she played for three years.

As a dedicated youth coach, Cameron is passionate about helping young athletes build their skills, confidence, and love for the game. She emphasizes teamwork, strong fundamentals, and a positive mindset, creating an encouraging environment where players can grow both on and off the court. Cameron is committed to developing well-rounded athletes prepared for success in volleyball and beyond.
